The company has 4 high-precision, automatic and continuous punching lines to meet the precise requirements of high bay racking;We can produce more than 60 profiles formed by 18 rolling lines which can fully satisfy all kinds of requirements. We incorporate multiple automatic beam welding equipment, with joint welding robots and automatic spot welding, to improve the welding quality and efficiency.
Each part of the process from procurement of raw materials, punching, folding, rolling, welding, surface treatment to painting is strictly controlled. Every new product, every new technology goes through rigorous testing, with dozens of conformance checks, to ensure that all product quality is first-class.
The workshop is configured with vacuum air exhausting system, to provide a healthy work environment for employees. The Park is equipped with sewage treatment system and waste gas treatment system, to implement sustainable and green development.
